This is the famous historical narrow passage in Rüdesheim full of wine shops, old houses and flowers. They have regional authentic wines here which are absolutely worth tasting.

It is one of the most picturesque spots I’ve evere seen and the most famous alley in Rüdesheim am Rhein, this small town is wellknown for wine making, and in this alley you can find many cosy and attractive restaurants in every cuisines and many of them have live music but during corona situation the town is not as crowded as before but still very beautiful and you can enjoy every moments of being there.
Architecture is super amazingly outstanding and every points is suitable for photography.
Besides of restaurants there are a lot of small old souvenirs shops whisch you can find every kinds of handmade stuffs.
Beautiful alley and a must visit when you are around this area.
But there’s a catch , it’s kinda dead place during winter. We went here on March 9th and 95% of the cafes , restaurants and other shops were closed. Also since spring did not start yet it’s not green at all.
I would suggest to visit here during spring or summer if you can.
When I talked to a cafe owner over here he said during winter people here work somewhere else and by summer when everything comes back alive they open all the shops and then the alley comes back to life.
Rudesheim is a QUAINT village, a one hour drive from Frankfurt airport, with a vibrant night life for over 30/35... has great variety of restaurants and souvenir shops.. Fabulous atmosphere.
Next to the Germania statue and the wine grape patches, this path is a must-see in Rüdesheim. Make sure you also grab an original Rüdesheimer Kaffee here, but beware of its alcoholic contents. Have fun!
Cutest little alley way filled with a ton of restaurants and stores.
Lovely place, very very busy. People everywhere. Nice to see
